1. Acceptance of Terms

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or regulatory exclusion order at the time of registration or use.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money services on me779, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by me779 for identity verification purposes.

me779 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or before your account is fully activated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. me779 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login information secure. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

me779 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment reference), GrabPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱50 (or as otherwise stated on the deposit page).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 (or as otherwise stated on the withdrawal page).
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during standard Philippine banking hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. me779 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Fraud Prevention: me779 employs anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring on all transactions. Transactions that trigger AML flags may be delayed pending investigation. me779 is required by applicable Philippine regulations to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

me779 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Philippine bank processing times, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

me779 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms applicable to all me779 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible Players who have fully completed the me779 KYC verification process.

6. Gameplay Rules & Bet Settlement

All games available on the me779 Platform — including but not limited to Color Game, slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, online sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface or betting market.

me779 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds and is determined solely by the RNG system. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers in real-time.

me779 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, was the result of a technical malfunction, was placed at clearly erroneous odds, or was placed in a manner inconsistent with normal and legitimate Player behavior. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me779 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

me779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, me779 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account to offset any damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of the breach. Where account closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure by the Player), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

The me779 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. me779 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. me779's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of me779 shall first be referred to me779's internal dispute resolution process — contact support at [email protected] (plain text; not a clickable link) and allow up to five (5) business days for a response.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under Philippine law. Nothing in this clause shall prevent me779 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

me779 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, me779 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the me779 Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
